As part of an in-depth internal communications plan, Ologie traveled to six cities across the country, helping hundreds of Legg Mason employees learn the brand story through interactive workshops. These hands-on workshops gave employees the tools they needed to tell their brand’s story. The tools ranged from dynamic reference books, presentations, and scripts to interactive role plays, group discussions, and rehearsals. The result was an engaging day for associates, who left feeling confident they could share the Legg Mason story and easily tailor it for different audiences, from investors to financial advisors.
