You’ve seen it a million times. The cover of a college viewbook featuring the perfect day on the quad: fall leaves, ivy on brick buildings, maybe even a bell tower, and a circle of students laughing, all wearing sweatshirts with the school name across the front. Sure, this does happen in real life, but it doesn’t look real, it doesn’t capture the authentic college experience. To create a photo library for Ohio Wesleyan University, Ologie spent days shooting real students in their real environments and real activities. It allows prospective students to see themselves in the photos and make a connection long before they ever set foot on campus.
