To craft the Brinker Capital story and define what makes the firm unique among the many options in the marketplace — Ologie first conducted interviews with dozens of stakeholders, from Brinker Capital executives and staff to those in the field. Next, we looked at how direct competitors were telling their story, to ensure we were telling a different, more powerful, and more authentic one. Through collaborative work sessions the combined Ologie + Brinker Capital team arrived at a brand essence that revolves around delivering the perfect balance of innovation with discipline. This dichotomy is supported by the firm’s background in due diligence. We brought the essence to life in simple communications tools that clearly (and beautifully) tell the Brinker story.
