Marketing can be a catalyst for change—that’s the approach PNC Bank took as it embraced its chairman’s desire to become a great marketing company. But before rolling out this new strategy to more than 57,000 employees, PNC launched an internal campaign to its 300-person marketing team. The campaign emphasized how PNC goes to market “as one,” galvanizing the team and enabling them to evolve the mindset of the entire company.
