At Auburn University’s College of Agriculture, the focus is the work: the work that students, faculty, and staff do every day, and the work that the college prepares students for after graduation. In 2014, Ologie and the College of Agriculture came together to refresh the brand’s story through messaging, print communications, and a website redesign. To develop a concept for the redesign, our digital team drew on the brand team’s smart and striking creative work.
The feature zone on the new site includes previews of more detailed content, a common practice that keeps users more engaged. But on the Auburn site, this zone goes beyond simple promotion; we designed it to drive users directly into program detail. Another upgrade: news and events are presented in such a way that the college can reuse content across all departments.
