401(k)

After 90 days at Ologie, you’re eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. You are 100% vested immediately, and we match your contribution up to 3.5% of your salary, on a sliding scale.

Remote work

We work from anywhere. Stay in touch, stay connected, and work from the beach, the mountains, or a cabin in the woods — wherever your path leads.

Focus time

We carve out a block of hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that are free from meetings. It’s time dedicated just for you to focus on your work.

Sabbatical

On your 10th anniversary, we reward you with a four-week paid sabbatical. How you use it is up to you. It’s our way of showing our appreciation.

Mental health support

You and your dependents are eligible for up to 10 one-hour therapy sessions at no expense. There’s also support for elder care and legal consultations, along with a library of mental health webinars and podcasts.

Gym membership

Everyone has a complimentary membership to Resolve Fitness — located right next door to the office. It’s a state-of-the art facility with a boxing ring, powerlifting, and cardio.

Flexible PTO

You need to take time away so that you can stay sharp and refreshed. Our goal is to give you the freedom you need to balance the responsibilities of your work and home lives.

Paid holidays

We take 14 paid holidays a year, including 5 days during our winter break. And when your birthday falls on a weekday, you automatically enjoy it as an additional paid day off.

Employee ownership

As an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Program), we offer an additional retirement benefit at no cost to employees. That means in addition to your 401K, you will become a beneficial owner of the company with the potential to vest your stock over time (more money in your pocket).
