Illustrator Inspiration: Dan Hipp

I first became aware of Dan’s work as the art director for the cartoon “Teen Titans Go!” His character design while there truly set the tone for the show. I appreciate his ability to draw pop culture and superhero icons in a simplified style, because it still leaves room for adding layers of detail through pencil, ink work, and vibrant color palettes, when needed.
